Ingredients:

1 lb. ground turkey

1/3 cup sliced jalapeños

3/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese

1 tsp. red pepper flakes

5 hamburger buns

5 tbsp. mayonnaise

Tomato slices

Red onion slices

Handful of baby spinach

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, sliced jalapeños, low-fat cheddar cheese, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

2. Form the mixture into 5 patties and grill or cook in a skillet until fully cooked.

3. Toast the hamburger buns and spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each bun.

4. Assemble the burgers with a turkey patty, tomato slices, red onion slices, and a handful of baby spinach.

5. Serve the turkey burgers with a side salad for a complete and satisfying meal.
